According to press release, Paramahansa Yogananda considered as father of modern yoga founded Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS) in 1917 at Ranchi and his incredible literary master piece 'Autobiography of a Yogi' introduced the truth-seekers all over the world to instrumentality of Kriya yoga meditation for God communion. Yogoda Satsang Dhyana Kendra, Udheywala, Jammu is acting as nodal centre of Yogoda Satsang Society of India/Self Realization Fellowship, USA established by Sri Sri Paramhansa Yoganandaji to preach scientific techniques of God communion through Kriya Yoga.
