Police recover kidnapped minor girl 1/14/2016 11:07:20 PM Early Times Report RAJOURI, Jan 14: Police have recovered a kidnapped minor girl from near Rajouri town within 24 hours of complaint lodged by the father of the girl. Police said on Wednesday one Abdul Qayoom resident of Dodasanbala approached the police at Thannamandi police station and in a written complaint informed that his 15 years old minor girl (name with held) had gone to Thannamandi town for some purchasing but didn't return till late evening hours. On the complaint/ identification by Abdul Qayoom police booked one Mohd Fareed son of Maan resident of Bhatian in case FIR No. 6/16 under section 363/109 RPC for the kidnapping of the girl and keeping her in his illegal captivity. Immediately after the complaint SSP deputed a police party led by Sub Inspector Mukesh Sharma to trace the girl under the supervision of SHO, Thannamandi. Police immediately swung into action and few suspects were picked up for questioning. Several raids were also conducted at Rajouri and Darhal towns to apprehend the accused. Following some leads and after hectic efforts police team spotted the accused in Darhali Morh area situated in the vicinity of Rajouri town and also recovered the girl from his possession. After medical examination and other formalities the girl was handed over to the parents and started further investigation to know the motive behind the kidnapping and to apprehend associate, if any, who had helped the accused in the kidnapping.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
