Awareness programme for commercial drivers organized 1/14/2016 11:12:15 PM Early Times Report DODA, Jan 14: In light of observance of 27th national Road Safety Week an awareness Programme was today organized by Motor Vehicle Department Doda in coordination with Traffic Police Doda in Town Hall Doda. The awareness programme was aimed to create the awareness regarding the benefits of developing various safety habits by the drivers so as to make the district a accident free district. Various prominent personalities and Senior citizens also addressed the gathering and shared their experiences regarding road safety. Light was thrown on the various provisions of Motor Vehicles act and rules therein and the penalties prescribed for the violation of traffic rules.
