Bilal honoured with public service award 1/28/2016 9:58:47 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Jan 28: Bilal Rashid Assistant Director Planning at Chief Medical officer, Health and Family Welfare Department Rajouri was honored with Public Service Award for his outstanding services, in District Rajouri on the recommendation of Chief Medical Officer Dr. Chaman Bhasin and Chief Planning officer Jb. Abdul Hamid. The citation was conferred to him by Jb. Shabir Ahmed Bhat, District Development Commissioner, Rajouri and Rajeshwar Singh SSP Rajouri in presence of all officers of District Administration. The officer had best track record as a planner, as he played a pivotal role in providing best health care Services to the general public. Due to his continuous follow up with the Executing agency, 8 Nos of Health Institution Buildings were made functional last year and even this year 4-5 Buildings are being made functional by the end of March, 2016. The officer is also recipient of almost 35 Awards right from his Schooling, from the then Chief Minister of J&K in 2008, besides awards from Cabinet Ministers and Vice-Chancellors of Various Universities for getting Position at Graduation level, 5 Times First Position in Mathematical Conferences at Province Level.
