In the challan it has been submitted that the challan was not produced against Abu Noman a Pakistani who had died during encounter at Udhampur. According to the challan, the terrorist attack on BFS convoy in District Udhampur was part of a larger conspiracy to wage war against the Govt of India by the LeT, through its agents and it is as part of overarching conspiracy that terrorists are recruited and trained in Pakistan and POK by the LeT and then infiltrated into India to commit terrorist attack. The ends of the conspiracy are further by networks of local terrorist, facilitators and supporters who provide a variety of logistic support to the terrorists once they enter Indian Territory. During the presenting of the challan, some of the accused requested before the Court that NIA is not allowing them to met with their relatives in the Court, upon this Special Judge NIA said that this direction was passed by the High Court and if their relatives want to meet with them they will go to Jail and meet them under Jail Manual.
