PDP-BJP let down people, no smart city for J&K: Omar 1/28/2016 11:54:16 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Jan 28: Working president of the National Conference (NC) Omar Abdullah today said People's Democratic Party (PDP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) during their 10-month-long alliance has let down the people of Jammu and Kashmir as the government has not sanctioned any smart city. The BJP-led NDA government today announced 20 smart cities for different states in the country. Taking to microblogging site Twitter, Mr Abdullah said, So much for the Agenda for Alliance being a sacred document. Once again the PDP/BJP let down the state.
