CII to organize yoga camp on June 20 6/16/2016 10:35:31 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 16: Confederation of Indian Industry has decided to organize a yoga camp on 20 June, in Green Belt Park, Gandhi Nagar, in collaboration with Bhartiya Yog Sansthan. Several industrialists, employees, students, and families will be rolling out their yoga mats to practice this ancient Indian exercise. Mr V K Soni & Mr Vinay Saras from Bhartiya Yog Sansthan will be the instructors for the camp. "Our busy schedules and hectic lifestyles often leave us stressed and tired. Yoga enhances our physical and mental capacity, and prepares the mind and body for long term health. One is truly healthy when one is physically, mentally and emotionally balanced and yoga helps in reaching that state. CII congratulates the Government of India for recognition of Yoga at the United Nations and wholeheartedly supports the efforts in publicizing this exercise." said Sheikh Imran, Chairman, CII J&K State Council. Shantanu Gupta, Co-Convenor for CII Panel on SME in J&K stated "CII has been active in promoting public health awareness among the employees of Indian industries. The International Day of Yoga is a chance to re-emphasize Indian Industry's engagement with holistic health outcomes which are critical to overall productivity and competitiveness of our businesses.
