Doda, July 4: On the orders of Deputy Commissioner Doda , Tehsildar Doda , Naser Ali Natnoo along with the team of officers from various departments reviewed the arrangements for Eid ul Fitr.
The general cleanliness of the town was checked and Inspector MC was instructed to clean the whole of the town by tomorrow. Besides heads of organisations were requested to ensure availability of essential commodities in the market.
The market inspection of the town was also carried out by two teams led by Tehsildar , Doda and Naib Tehsildar , Doda and a fine of Rs 8100 was imposed on shopkeepers who were seen storing and selling substandard commodities . The shopkeepers have been warned not to sell anything above the fixed rates and sell only quality products for Id Ul Fitr . |
