JKGEWF criticizes Govt for delay in 7th PC | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 4: A meeting of JK Government Employees & Workers Federation (3KGEWF) held under the presidentship of S. Kulwant Singh President JK Govt Employees & Workers Federation. While addressing S. Kulwant Singh showed anguish, resentment and flayed the statement made by the CM of J&K in which she said that the employees of J&K State have to wait for two years for 7th Pay Commission's implementation. It is unfortunate that instead of resolving the pending issues confronting by the employees fraternity like regularization of daily wager, contractual and adhoc, removal of pay anomalies in different cadres, she asked to wait for two years. It clearly shows that the Govt is not serious towards their employees and busy in making 100% hike in the perks and salaries of MLAs/MLCs and Ministers and renovation of residential / offices accommodation of VIPs which will create burden in crores of rupees on State exchequer. S. Kulwant Singh appealed to the rank and file of JK Govt Employees & Workers Federation particularly and all the employees in general to prepare themselves for struggle. He also appealed to all the Associations, organizations, unions, federations to come on one platform like past to struggle for the just and genuine demands of the employees. |
