JKTF delegation calls on DSEJ, raises several demands | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 4: A delegation of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) met the Director School Education Jammu (DSEJ). The delegation, led by State General Secretary of JKTF Ganesh Khajuria, was comprised of senior leaders of the forum including District body members from Jammu, Kathua, Samba and Udhampur Districts and the Female wing of the forum, who put forth several demands before the Director. The dealgation told the Director that in the year 2014, almost 1193 teachers were promoted as masters out of which nearly 165 were adjusted as masters by adopting pick and choose policy. This is grave injustice with other promotees. The forum demanded that the justice may be done to all the aggrieved. The Forum demanded release of salaries of Teachers/ Masters working under SSA, RMSA and NPS schemes, who are without salaries for last so many months besides early regularization of ReTs who have obtained degrees from Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan. |
