ZDPC urges upon govt, provides security cover to religious places in Valley 7/17/2016 10:56:57 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 17: Zeashta Devi Prabandakh Committee (ZDPC) on Sunday urged upon the Jammu and Kashmir government to provide security cover to all religious place in Kashmir Valley. They further said that the state government has failed to provide security to religious places and had also failed to pass the temples and shrines protection bill so far.
