7 employees of a company held for alleged misappropriation of Rs 69,90,797 | | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 31: Gandhi Nagar police today claimed to have arrested seven employees of a cash pick up company who allegedly misappropriated Rs 69,90,797. Police spokesman said that on 31.07.2016 a complaint was lodged by Sardari Lal Sharma Authorized Signatory, CMS Info. System Ltd, H No. 502 Trikuta Nagar, Jammu that one employee of their company namely Deep Sharma son of Kewal Krishan of Palli, Samba, who was authorized by the company for cash pickup and delivery for Jammu location, in association with one Harvinder Singh alias Rambo son of Ujagar Singh of Gurha Bakshi Nagar, Jammu, Ashok Kumar son of Bindraban of Chinar Endave, Channi Sec No. 7 Sumit Kumar son of Om Parkash R/o Ward No. 9 Vijaypur, Samba, Sanjay Kumar alias Sanju son of Om Parkash Sharma R/o Vijaypur Pind, Samba, Ankush Gupta son of Kewal Krishan of Ward No. 10 Vijaypur, Samba and Bhibishan Kumar Badri son of Badri Nath of Ward No. 3 Vijaypur, Samba had misappropriated an amount of Rs 69,90,797 collected from different clients and cause huge loss to the company. On this a case under FIR No 177/2016 under sections 409, 403 and 120-B of RPC registered at Gandhi Nagar police station and investigation started. During course of investigation all the above mentioned accused have been arrested by a special team constituted for the purpose. The arrest was made by team headed by Inspector Bishnesh Kumar SHO Gandhi Nagar under supervision Shazaad Salaria SP city South. |
