Allegations against BJP ministers…..... blame it always not on them ! Personal staff of mantries also responsible for goof ups, blunders 8/1/2016 12:24:02 AM Early Times Report Jammu, July 31: In what can be seen as latest realization for the sitting ministers of BJP within the party is not any fresh lapse or allegation against them. Ironically it is being found at various levels that apart from ministers, it is their personal section and the staff therein that makes up most of the mistakes themselves or most of the time have been unable to handle political goof ups by their bosses while being a part of diagonally opposed ally PDP which is in the steering seat of the alliance government. Sources said a whispering is going on within party cadres and functionaries who confide with each other that while party leadership is angry with its ministers for one or the other reason, it is not alone the latter's fault for the faltering conduct and approach in handling routine matters, instead an army of personal staff members appointed in their personal section. Most of these persons are political novices and appointed on the recommendations of either RSS or the senior leaders of the party besides some as personal acquaintances of the ministers, sources said. Almost in each ministry there are nearly half a dozen staff members who are handling government matters with their bosses for the first time, having little or no experience about the political issues, sources said adding that this makes them inept for the job which is why they have not been able to handle the issues which erupt every next day pushing the ministers to controversies. This not only damages and dents the working of the ministers but also brings bad name to the image of the party as well, sources said adding that the ministers more often than not are blissfully unaware of the intensity and fallout of controversies they get into advertently or inadvertently. In other words, the personal staff also keeps them in dark about certain aspects of the goof ups so committed and they only realize when the harm is irretrievable.
