Jammu, July31 : In a petition filed against the selection process adopted in handicrafts department, high court judge J R Kotwal today directed the assistant director, handicrafts, Poonch, to remain present in the court on the next date of hearing along with the requisite record. The petitioner has levelled serious allegations in the selection process of the handicrafts department done vide advertisement notice 01 of 2011.
The assistant director, handicrafts, Poonch, was the chairman of the recruitment committee which made the appointment. Justice Kotwal, after hearing the two sides, directed that the recruitment committee chairman would remain present in person in the court on the next date of hearing along with the record to assist the court.
