Funds allegedly bungled in Fatehpur panchayat 7/31/2016 11:59:01 PM Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report Poonch, July 31: Inhabitants of Fatehpur in Mandi block of the district have alleged bunglings in the execution of RDD schemes in the village panchayat. They alleged that funds worth lakhs had been misappropriated in the panchayat (CD block, Sathra) by some RDD officials and local goons.
