Mendhar press council elections held 10/9/2016 11:04:31 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 9: Elections of Press Council of Mendhar held here at Dak Bunglow here today. The elections were held at Dak Bungalow Mendhar at 4 PM in which 4 active Journalists out of 12 did not participate in the elections. Mohd Shafeeq Nazki was elected president of the council, Vinod Dutta Sr vice president and Qamar Abbas Kiyani as vice president. The 8 members council elected Tariq Khan general secretary, Rajeev Sharma administrative secretary cum cashier, Rahi Kapoor, organizing secretary Subash Bali, Joint secretary, Rameez Raja Chairman. While as advocate Nadeem Khan was elected the legal advisor of the council. The new body reposed faith in Nazki's presidentship who was elected third consecutive term as president of the council.
