Road accident victim succumbs 11/3/2016 10:06:16 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 3: A road accident victim undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu reportedly succumbed today. Police sources said, "The deceased has been identified as Mamta (27) wife of Darshan Lal of Balshama." Sources said that she was admitted in Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu after she sustained injuries in a road accident on November 1 at Maithani falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Dharmsal.
