Man's death sparks protest in Jammu; family alleges doctor's negligence 11/11/2016 11:06:26 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 11: Family and relatives of a man today staged protest alleging doctor's negligence as he died of electrocution in a hospital here. A man identified as Chandu Ram, 38, a resident of Krel Manhasa, Bishnah was admitted due to electric burn on November 8 at the Government Medical College and Hospital. He died while undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, the family members this morning protested against doctors alleging that the man died due to doctor's negligence.
