| MD SIDCO Amit re-elected as National Vice-President COSIDICI | | |  Early Times Report
New Delhi, Nov 11: Managing Director J&K State Industrial Development Corporation (J&K SIDCO) re-elected as its National Vice-President Council of State Industrial Development and Investment Corporations of India (COSIDICI) during a general body meeting.
Lot of important decisions were taken during this meeting wherein new President and Board of COSIDICI was elected and annual returns and accounts of the Corporation were also accepted.
MD, J&K SIDCO Amit Sharma was re-elected as its National Vice-President due to active contributions and role being played for COSIDICI since last year while Smita Bharadwaj, MD, MP SFC was unanimously elected as President of COSIDICI for next term.
In his thanks giving address, MD J&K SIDCOAmit Sharma spoke on vital role of COSIDICI in helping the cause of SIDCO while pushing things here with various Central Bodies such as EXIM Bank, SIDBI, DIPP, etc. During the AGM- COSIDICI, members appreciated the role of MD, J&K SIDCO Amit Sharma for making a laudable effort and organising a highly successful maiden Award Ceremony last year in Jammu. Earlier during various rounds of deliberations and brainstorming sessions, talks were held on revival of sick and struggling industries falling under various SIDCs and SFCs on various states of the nation. Various other measures such as initiation of awareness campaigns, essay-competitions, creation of various Award Categories for upcoming Award Ceremony of COSIDICI and several other important issues were discussed in today's AGM and Executive Body Meeting. Besides this members also discussed issues relating to revival of Industrial Sector across the J&K during Annual General meeting. |
