Jammu Sanskriti School celebrates Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti 11/12/2016 12:11:35 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 11: On the occasion of Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti which is celebrated as birthday of Shri Guru Nanak DevJi, and also the most awaited day for the children i.e Children's Day, JSS, Jammu organized a special assembly in the school. The assembly began with the special message on Guru Nanak Devi ji deeds by BeantKaur. Shabad was beautifully recited by the students. To cherish Children's Day, a special song was sung by the teachers for the lovely students. Teachers also played a skit on "Social Networking" which was based on the pros and cons on social networking. Shallu Verma gave brief description about Jawaharlal Nehru and the importance of Children's Day.
