Sohail meets Nikhil in Billiards final 11/12/2016 12:12:02 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 11: Seasoned cueist, Sohail Khalid shall be playing against Nikhil Kapahi in the final of senior Billiards event in the ongoing State Billiards and Snooker Championship, organised by J&K Billiards and Snooker Association, at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
