Kathua Bar suspends agitation 12/10/2016 10:46:13 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Dec 10: District Magistrate Kathua and SSP Kathua approached office of Principle District Judge Kathua to end the ongoing strike by members of Bar Association Kathua who in turn intervened and called the meeting of Bar's executive body afore mentioned officials. The demands as already projected in memorandum were taken up. With the active intervention of learned principle district and aessions Judge Kathua and as a result of which the Bar members agreed to suspend ongoing agitation. The SSP Kathua agreed to recommend the transfer of CPO Courts, Kathua and till the transfer is effected the CPO courts, will report at SSP office.The subordinate staff of SSP office will be transferred. The Learned District Magistrate Kathua will recommend the withdrawal of challan to the competent Government officials.
