DySP peels off tinted film from KU VC's car 12/10/2016 10:48:54 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Dec 10: A probationary DySP peeled off tinted film from the windows of SUV of Kashmir University (KU) vice-chancellor (VC) after minor altercation with him here today. During checking of vehicles at Jakhani naka, probationary DySP Adil intercepted a SUV which was on its way from Jammu to Srinagar. The SUV belonged to KU VC, Prof Khurshid Iqbal Andrabi who himself was travelling in the vehicle, police sources said. When he noticed black film coating on the SUV's windows, he himself removed it, following minor altercation with the VC, sources alleged, saying the SUV was later allowed to move towards Srinagar.
