Awareness cum Police-Public meet held 12/12/2016 8:34:43 PM Early Times Report Bishnah, Dec 12: NGO, Third Eye Anti Crime Team Chairman Sham Lal Gupta welcomed SP Head Quarters Jammu Romesh Kotwal in an Awareness Programme at Police Station Bishnah. Awareness cum Police Public Meeting was organised in P/S Bishnah under the Supervision of SP HQ Jammu. SP HQ Jammu appreciated NGO,Third Eye Anti Crime Team efforts in state for helping the daughters of needy families their marriages. Romesh Kotwal Praised work of NGO in donating the note books among the small students of Government Schools. Many issues were highlighted before SP (regarding Traffic Jam of Commercial Vehicles/Matadors on roads) by the locals present in the meeting. SP assured the citizens of Bishnah to provide a safe environment to them. He asked Public to leave the Path of Drug Addiction and live a good life. He said Government has opened many Treatment Hospitals to leave this addiction of chewing tobacco and drugs. Some times excess of drinkng lead to death. He added many social and curricular, sports activities are organised by J&K Police from time to time. Youth should follow the path of sports/education so they can make their future in various fields. While speaking on the occasion Gupta said in society we face a number of problems. We face many different problems from ocean to ocean, but the problem that causes the most damage these days are drugs.
