Son of soil brings laurels, steals show Passing-Out Parade | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 12: Lieutenant Bhavesh Mahajan son of soil has brought laurels to state and his parents as well when he took the command of prestigious passing out parade of Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gaya on the other day. Born to the family of Sanjay Mahajan and Jyoti Gupta, the Bhavesh Mahajan an alumni of Army Public School Ratnuchak stole the show at prestigious passing out parade of Officers Training Academy (OTA),Gaya. The occasion also has exceptional uniqueness for the Jammu and Kashmir as the parade marked presence of five young Jammuites who passed out from Officers Training Academy. Lieutenant Bhavnesh Mahajan brought laurels to his alma natter, his family and his soil when he took the command of 10th passing out parade of the aforesaid academy established in 2011. Lt Gen Satish Dua, who was the special invitee on this occasion reviewed this parade held on the other day. The induction ceremony was held with full military regalia and splendour in the picturesquely decorated Drill Square at the OTA Gaya which trained the young army officers with a motto Shaurya (valour), gyan (knowledge)and sankalp (determination) to defend the boundaries of nation. Before their passing out, the young officers were administered the traditional oath by academy adjutant. |
