Jammu Dec 12: To mark the International Human Right Day which falls on December 10, the CHILDLINE Jammu organized an impressive awareness Programme at Govt Middle School, Kotli Bhagwan Singh Miran Sahib,Jammu.
According to spokesperson, a large number of students from three schools participated alonwith their parents, Headmasters, faculty members, locals and VDC members with great enthusiasm.
Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Miran Sahib Ram Rakha lauded the Child Line for organizing such an initiative to aware children and to explore their latent talent. He also lauded the host organization to generate awareness among people about right of children.
The Head of host school Parmod Kumar also appreciated the role of Child Line and also spoke International Human Right Day.
Speakers from Childline Jammu highlighted the role and responsibility of CHILDLINE especially the Importance of Toll free No. 1098. In the end Child Line distributed sweaters and other essential items including Chyawanprash and Glucose (both multivitamin health products) among the Children. |
