Absconder held after 7 yrs 12/12/2016 10:59:09 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 12: Police today claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest since 2009 and was wanted in various criminal cases registered against at various police stations. Police sources said that accused namely Parveen Kumar alias Pinna of Chorli Bishnah was declared absconder in 2009. Sources further said that the accused was wanted in a case under FIR no 72/2009 u/s 342/323/324/325 of RPC and case under FIR no 120/2013 under sections 341/323/324/34 RPC and 4/25 of Arms Act registered at Bishnah, case FIR no 149/2013 under section 4/25 Arms Act registered at Nowabad and a case under FIR no 85/2015 u/s 307 of RPC 3/25 of Arms Act registered at Vijaypur police station. Police on specific information about movement of accused conducted a raid and apprehended the accused, sources said.
