Jammu, Dec 14: Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, organized declamation contest on topic "Patriotism & Nation Building" at District, State & National level as part of Republic Day Celebration, 2017, to inculcate the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat and sensitize youth for their active participation in National Development.
The district level 1st Prize winner would be invited to participate in the State and State winner shall participate at Nation Level competitions. District level winners shall be awarded a certificate and Cash Prize of Rs. 5000, Rs.2000, and Rs.1000 respectively and at state level Rs. 25,000, Rs.10,000 and Rs. 5,000 and at National Level Rs. 2,00,000, Rs. 1,00,000 and Rs. 50,000 respectively.
NYK Kathua organized district level Declamation Contest on the topic "Patriotism and Nation Building" in Hindi and English Language, in collaboration with Govt. Women College Kathua. Dr. Satinder Singh, Principal, Govt. Women College inaugurated the contest by lighting of lamp. In declamation contest 33 participants hailing from various Schools, Colleges, and Institutions participated and expressed their deep sense of Nationalism and desire to make India super power and world leader in peace and prosperity.
At District level contest Vishal Pathania adjudged winners for 1st Position and awarded with Rs. 5000 as Cash prize and a citation certificate and Rupalli Jasrotia from GDC Kathua stood 2nd and given Rs. 2000 cash prize and Manan Sharma from Army public School, Janglote grabbed 3rd position and given Rs.1000 as cash prize. Diya Sharma & Mohani Arora From APS Janglote , Tanvi from GDC and Dolly Priya were given consolation prize. |
