PHE Employees hold strong protest 12/14/2016 10:41:56 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Dec 14: Water Works (PHE) Employees Association held a massive protest demonstration in PHE Complex Udhampur here today to highlight their long pending demands and seeking their early redressal PHE Employees under the banner of PHE Employees Association assembled at PHE Complex Udhampur and staged demonstration in support of their demands. Raising slogans in favor of their long pending demands, the protestors condemned the attitudes of concerned PHE higher authorities for not releasing the pending wages of the workers and regularization of CP workers who have completed five year of service in PHE Deptt .
