From its die hard approach to go slow tactics, the issue has seen roller coaster rides on the turbulent waters of politics in J&K. Close to its heart and soul of politics, the Article has also exposed BJP's face and its strategy which sounds hollow and doublespeak on many counts. There are many facets in the State itself on which BJP has maintained silence and failed to correct the things even after coming to power. Notwithstanding its understanding with PDP under agenda of alliance to keep the issue under the carpet for some time, Article 370 continues to be the core issue and its removal a key political slogan for both BJP and RSS.
