Ramban, Apr 9: In order to educate the students of educational institutions and to aware the general public with the view to minimize the losses caused due to the fire hazards across the district, J&K Fire and Emergency Services department is going to observe "Fire Service Week" from April 14 to 20, 2015.
During the week programmes would be organised on the theme of this year's slogan "Adopt Safe House Keeping Practices and Approved Electrical Appliances".
The fire services awareness programme are generally organised so that the lives and property of the inhabitants of the vicinity can be saved from the fire hazards and natural calamity.
All the Zonal Education officers, Principals, Head Masters, Block Officers, Police Officers and PRIs shall participate in fire awareness programme and ensure that most of officials, staff members and students attend the awareness programmes. |
