Jammu, Apr 9: Institute of Management Sciences today organized personal development program using Yoga and meditation, which empower youth to tackle academic, professional, economic, personal & social change of Life with a smile.
The program was organized with the help of Divya Kanchibhotla-National Director, Art of Living Bangalore, Sumit Kumar, teaching faculty-Art of Living from Delhi, Vikram Jain, state coordinator, Art of Living & Ajay Kapoor the organizer Art of Living, visited the
Earlier Prof. J.R.Dhotra, Director-IMS, welcomed the visiting dignitaries from Art of Living, students & all the faculty members of
IMS. He advised to in build spiritual essence to tackle various types of challenges being faced by youth & guided them relieve stress
through Yoga & Meditation. Sumit inspired the students with the conceptual teachings of Life. It is the teenage he said where the issues of career, relationships, peer /parental pressures & anxiety about the future all come to the fore & creates fear/stress in attitudinal & behavioral life skills leading to wrong choices, addictions, depression, anger, aggression, social violence & unrest. |
