Jandial Sabha declares new Baba Sahej Nath Committee as 'illegal' 5/8/2015 11:58:22 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 8: Challenging legitimacy of new Baba Sahej Nath Committee Talab Tillo, the All Jandial Sabha (Regd) today stated the parent organization - All Jandial Sabha (Regd) is legal and duly elected body which is managing the holy Devasthan of Baba Sahej Nath Ji including temple and it there is no provision under its constitution for any other management committee or body. In a meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Chief Patron Justice (Retd) K K Gupta the members took a serious note of reported meeting of some self styled "Jai Baba Sahej Nath je Temple, Gole Pulli, Talab Tillo" in which President and officer bearers were "elected". Spokesperson appealed all members of the Jandial Baradai not to associate with this illegal and unconstitutional temple committee and added that these elements appear to have some ulterior motives. The statement also maintained that the President and General Secretary of the Sabha are formally elected under the -provisions of Sabha's constitution for two year term and in the last election held in March 2014, in which Rajeev Jandial as President and Rakesh Jandial as General Secretary were elected. "Then elected president as per the constitution nominated office bearers and members of the working committee including Chief Patron, Dy Chief Patron, Chairman and Patrons were also appointed. The Sabha also warned appropriate action against those who are trying bringing bad name to the baradari. Among prominent present in this meeting were O P Gupta (Dy Chief Patron), I C Jandial (Chairman), former member PSC K B Jandial, former IGP Ashok Gutpa, Mohanlal Gupta (all Patrons), , Ramesh Jandial (Sr Vice President), Rakesh Jandial (General Secretary) and Dheeraj Jandial.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
