ReT Teachers Forum hails Govt's move | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 17: Jammu and Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum (ReT) held a meeting under the chairmanship senior vice chairman of forum Bhupinder Singh and welcomed the move of Government for discussing the salary issue of teaching community with Union HRD Minister Samriti Irani. Singh said that teaching community is suffering very badly and without salary from last 6 to 12 months due to the negative approach of outgoing state govt and with the formation of new govt led by Chief minister Mufti Mohd Sayed,We met with the ministers of government. Singh also appealed Education Minister to regularize female Rets working in KGBV schools who have already completed their five years service satisfactory. Leaders of the forum also condemned the yesterdays statement against teaching community particularly Rehbar-e-taleems community in which some vested persons want to defame Rets which is highly condemnedable. Bhupinder Singh said that he has also discussed the matter with concern ZEO Qazigund of district Anantnag on telephonically. |
