All J&K +2 Lecturers convene meeting 10/10/2015 10:10:06 PM Kathua Oct 10: ALL J&K +2 Lecturer Forum Distt Kathua held meeting today under the chairmanship of Jatinder Sethi Distt President Kathua. It was stressed upon the Govt to fulfill the long pending demands of Running Grade Pattern to +2 lecturers on priority. Further they demanded a statutory transfer policy and its strict adherence for providing maximum education dividends to the masses. It was added that the inclusion of +2 cadre in feeding services of KAS and also demanded the restoration of 40% College quota, regularization of all cadres, removal of pay anomaly and regularization of Physical Education Lecturers, deputation of lecturers for Ph D, reorganization of the School Education Department. They also welcomed circular No. 1-Edu of 2015 dated: 09-10-2015 regarding the maintenance of service record of all education employees and appealed to the Govt to further issue directions to all DDOs also to provide updated APRs of employees from time to time.
