Congress workers call on DC Samba 10/10/2015 10:12:01 PM Early Times Report Vijaypur, Oct 10 : Congress workers of Vijaypur constituency lead under the leadership of Permjit Singh Pumma General Secretary Lok Sabha Constituency Jammu- Poonch met with Deputy Commissioner Samba and presented a memorandum to empower and enforce the beef ban in letter and spirit in Samba District as the matter of bovine animals smuggling cases from District Samba have been increased day by day. According to press release, the congress workers cautioned that if strict action against the bovine animals' smugglers was not taken by the authority then would be compelled to launch agitation. The delegation of Congress workers also met with S.S.P. Samba and also submitted him memorandum regarding the increase of smuggling/selling of bovine animals as well as drugs in district Samba in resultant the youths of district Samba involved in drug addiction more as compared to the past.
