Jammu, Oct 10 : Jammu Development Authority intensified anti-encroachment drive and removed one pacca residential structure in village Majeen which was raised illegally over JDA land and removed 14 of hoardings/banners installed on the road side creating hurdles in free flow of traffic movement.
Enforcement team under the supervision of Gurvinderjeet Singh, Director Land Management JDA and comprising of Ashraf Parvaiz, Tehsildar JDA Zone-B, Chand Mohan Singh, Naib Tehsildar, Mushtaq Patwari, Narinder Singh Chief Khilafwarzi Officer, Pankaj Singh Sambyal, KWO and Girdhari Lal Pandita, Khilafwarzi Inspector and gangmen carried out the anti-encroachment drive with the active support of police assistance provided by the I/C Police Post Sidhra on the directions of his senior officers. Jammu Development Authority has warned the general public, trespassers, habitual encroachers & land mafia, who are disposing JDA land un-authorizly on fake documents & misrepresenting the innocent people to desist from such unwarranted deeds by disposing of JDA land in the villages Sidhra, Majeen, Rangora & Dwara and further that strict action shall be taken against the land grabber as per rule. |
