Jammu, Oct 10: Seeking fulfilling of their long pending demands, the Jammu Kashmir Govt Pharmacists Association today held protest against state government. According to press release the demonstrations was held under the Presidentship of Sushil Sudan outside of directorate health service on Saturday. The protestors expressed resentment for not revoking rescinding order of promotees Jr. Pharmacist as Sr. Pharmacists. The Protesting Pharmacists raised their voice and expressed their great resentment and demanded immediate revocation of rescinded order besides rectification of duty roaster put fourth recently. They said that three weeks back, Director Health Services had assured the Association that posting Order regarding promotion of Jr. Pharmacist as Sr. Pharmacists which was rescinded, will be restored but despite of assurances, nothing appropriate has been done so far thus the Association is forced to adopt agitation's path which will lead to paralyzing of institutional work throughout Jammu Division. Those who addressed the demonstrator included Jarnail Choudhary, Working President, Kamaljeet Sawhney, Bharat Bhushan Bhagat, RP Singh, Shafkat Hussian, Yougal Bakshi, Raman Sharma, Manjeet Singh, Surinder Kumar, Ram Paul, Sodagarmal, Surinder Choudhary, Pawan Kumar, Vishiv Bhandu, Dev Raj, Ved Paul Singh, Ved Viyas, Sanjay Choudhary and others. |
