Jammu, Oct 10 : A meeting was held by Kehkashan Organisation Poonch (KOP) under chairmanship of Sheikh Sajjad Poonchi to condole the untimely and sad demise of Dr Roop Lal Sharma
Speaking in meeting Sajjad Poonchi who also remained the classmate of Sharma during the college days, thrown light on the life of Roop Lal Sharma who hails from Poonch and belongs to a very poor family culminated his carrier as one of the leading educationist , social reformer and a sympathiser of the down trodden's people. His untimely departure has created a biggest vaccum for the ignorant, poor and non approachable persons.
Later, two minutes silent prayer was also offered for the outgoing soul to heavenly abode and preyed the Almighty to give courage and tolerance to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. |
