| Arshad elected as President, JKSRA | | | Srinagar, Oct 10 : J&K Squash Rackets Association conducted election of Office Bearers/ Members for the term 2015 to 2019 during special General Body meeting held at Hotel Bharat, Srinagar on 9th October, 2015.
In election, Arshad Ahmad Khan was elected as President while as Waseem Raja was unopposed elected as Senior Vice President, Ajay Kapoor was elected as Vice President Jammu while as Basit Ahmad was elected Vice president Kashmir.Supinder Deep Singh elected as General secretary of The Association while as Mudasir Hassan & G S Bakshi were elected as Joint Secretaries of Jammu & Kashmir Divisions and Firdous Ahmad was elected as Treasurer. The following were elected as Executive Members of the association Arif Ahmad Khan, Mohd Shafi , Muneer Ahmad Banday , Umar Mushtaq Rather , Dr. Taran Singh, Sidhant Mehta, Gurdial Singh, Shabir Ahmad while as Riyaz Ahmad Khan will continuously work as Life Member, Deedar Singh will work as Associate Member, Krishan Kumar was nominated as Technical advisor of the association. The newly elected committee will work hard for the promotion of Squash Sport in the State. |
