Jammu, Oct 10: In the beef row, J&K high court chief justice N Paul Vasanthakumar today constituted a 3-judge bench of Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and Justice Tashi Rabstan.
The bench has been constituted on the direction of Supreme Court which had suspended the J&K high court order in this regard and directed its chief justice to list the matter before a larger bench.
The bench would hear both the petitions titled Parimoksh Seth v/s state and others and Prof S M Afzal Qadri v/s state and others on October 16, 2015 at the Srinagar wing of the state high court. (JNF) |
