Jammu, Oct 15: Youth wing of Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha (SAKRS) J&K welcomed judgment of High Court on reservation.
Addressing media persons, president Pawan Chib said the land mark judgement beside ordering no benefit of reservation in promotion in J&K, struck down various sections of the J&K reservation act. The high court quashed various govt, orders issued by various departments the last one barring no. 43 ASH of 2000 Dated 12.06.2000.
He hoped that employees in J&K state suffering since years together would heave a sigh of relief and wing appealed leaders of all political parties of country to shun the casteism and provide reservation to all weaker sections of the society living below poverty line. |
