HC stays eviction of then MoS Health 10/15/2015 11:19:57 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Oct 15: In a petition filed by Shabir Ahmed Khan the then MoS Health seeking quashment of eviction Notice No. DDE/J/476 dated 16/06/2015, the Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey of J&K High Court Jammu Wing issued notices and directed to file response besides restraining the respondents from evicting the Shabir Ahmed Khan from Govt Quarter NO 34-B, Gandhi Nagar.Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Sr Adv BS Salathia with Advocates Meenakshi Salathia and Bhanu Partap Singh Salathia appearing for the petitioner issued notice and directed them to file response and in the meanwhile restrained the respondents from evicting the Shabir Ahmed Khan from Govt Quarter NO 34-B, Gandhi Nagar.
