JAMMU, Oct 15 : Post Graduate (PG) Departments of University of Jammu today bagged the inter-college men's tennis trophy beating Government SPMR College of Commerce 2-0 in the final played at JU courts, here. The winning team was presented with title trophy by Director Sports and Physical Education, Prof Dhian Singh Bhau. Among others present were Raj Kumar Bakshi, Jai Bharat, Amit Sharma, Dr Brij Baloria and Romesh Sharma.
The Detailed Results: PG Departments beat SPMR College of Commerce 2-0: Shrawan beat Prateek Bhogal 6-4, 7-5. Doubles: Shrawan and Arjun Dev Verma beat Prateek and Ravi 6-4, 6-3. |
