Ramban, Oct 19 : National Development Foundation (NDF) in partnership with Save The Children organized four days workshop on 'Creative media and Development of Information, Education, Communication Material' at Government Middle School, Gool. According to press release, identify the psychological and physical problems of the children of Gool area, 300 local students were skilled in reporting to highlight their grievances through media, by the experts. On October 16 and 17, a group of 100 selected students of the local Student Forums were educated on the need and importance of media and the use of different media tools in highlighting their issues. On October 17 and 18, hundred students of different Children Groups on each day were skilled in highlighting their issues of school and village by the Resource Persons, Prof Suhail Masoodi of Kashmir University, Ramban District Correspondent, Prasar Bharti, Ravinder Kichlu and Programme Manager,NDF, Parvinder Singh. The workshop was managed by the Project Coordinator, NDF, Ritesh Suri under the supervision of Programme Coordinator, Neha Gandotra and Consultant,Sanjeeve Arora,Child Protection, Save The Children, India. |
