According to press release, during the function a workshop was also organized in which members of Kendra said that now this day has occupied significant importance as it linked with Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Som Datt Zard, District Youth Coordinator, NYK, Kathua, Mohd. Aslam Choudhary, BDO Barnoti, Ashok Kumar, VLW, Sanjeev Sharma GRS, Prem Nath Sharma, lecturer (Retd), Ram Krishan Sharma- Lecturer ( Retd.) Gain Channd Sharma, Asstt. Labour Commissioner ( Retd) Rajesh Kujuria, Sonali Sharma, NYC, were prominent person besides large number of villagers participated and discussed various issues pertaining to construction of Toilets, their uses, benefits and Government financial assistance. Som Datt Zard, DYC, stressed upon the success of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and construction and use of toilets is very important for every individual and household. If we stop open defecation then we may able to check diseases up to 7o percent diseases from our villages. It will help us to a great extend to save valuable lives, money and neat and clean environment. We have to achieve this target up to 2nd October 2019 for this role of every person is very important to achieve target of Swachh Bharat. |
