ADC calls explanation of Principal GGHSS Rajouri
Unauthorized absence of staff

Rajouri, Oct 19: Calling explanation of the Incharge Principal Government Girls Higher Secondary School (GGHSS), Rajouri, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Rajouri has asked the official to clarify her position on the unauthorized absence of three teachers vis a vis a class 4 employee.
In-charge Principal, GGHSS School Perwaiz Mir has been directed by the ADC Rajouri Mohd Mumtaz Ali to explain her position as she could not produce the casual leave applications of three teachers and a 4th class employee during a surprise visit by the ADC today.
Besides withholding the salary of the Principal till an explanation is received, the ADC also stopped the salary of 4 teachers till an inquiry gets over.
To monitor the work culture in various government offices in the district, the ADC had paid surprise visit to GGHSS situated in the heart of Rajouri town.
During checking of the attendance register, the ADC found Neelam Bhat, PET, Rizwana Mirza teacher, Shakti Bala, Master and Shoba Rani on casual leave.
When asked by the ADC, In-charge Principal Perwaiz Mir could not produce their applications and started to make lame excuses.
ADC vide his office order No PS/ADEC/DVO/409-14 dt 19/10/15 has directed the In-charge Principal to tender her explanation in this matter through her Controlling Officer within seven days.
Meanwhile, during surprise visit to Government Higher Secondary School at Dehri Ralyote in Manjakot tehsil on October 16, ADC found three lecturers and a junior assistant on an unauthorized leave.
Vide his office order No305-400 dt 17/10/15 he has tender the explanations from them through their controlling officer within five days and also directed to withheld their salaries till direction from his office. The officials found on unauthorized absent have been identified as Qurban Hussain Shah in-charge lecturer Persian, Dil Jaan, in-charge lecturer Urdu, Kabir Ahmed in-charge lecturer Political Science and junior assistant Hakim Hussain.
