NC-Congress shedding crocodile tears on reservation in promotion issue: AIBCU 10/21/2015 10:27:27 PM Early times Report Jammu, Oct 21: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) criticized National Conference and Congress for shedding crocodile tears over the high court order on reservation in promotion. Addressing the meeting, president of AIBCU, Abdul Majid Malik said after the High Court order Ex-Dy. Chief Minister Tara Chand and his so called sympathizers of SC/ST and OBCs are now shedding crocodile tears. Tara Chand and Congress never pleased for the State OBCs and always turned their face.
