| KPS Barnoti organizes awareness camp about drug abuse | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Oct 21: Kartar Public School Barnoti organized awareness camp today in collaboration with District Police Kathua about drug abuse and its formidable repercussions in the life of drug addicts.
The parents as well as the children of the school attended the camp.
It was attended by parents as well as children of the school.
Besides, Dr. Idress Wani, DSP (P) and SHO Police Station Kathua were also present. On this occasion, all the police officers briefed the audience about the drugs intoxication and interacted with the parents as well as children to make them aware regarding hazards of the drugs and drug abuse which is engulfing our youths.
They advised the parents to keep constant track on the movements of their children especially when they go outside along with their friends on bike or vehicle at odd hours enjoining upon them also to take account of their pocket money. Nirmal Jit Singh, Chairman of the School concluded the camp with vote of thanks to all parents, and police officers for their participation and substantial contribution for launching such a drive. |
