Reconstruction of damaged school ground demanded 10/21/2015 11:49:30 PM Early Times Report Doda, Oct 21: The residents of village Kencha demanded reconstruction of damaged school ground which was damaged by Department of R&B in 2009 during construction of 13km Kahara Jaie road. While addressing the meeting, Asif Iqbal Butt said that the department has already assured general public that they will reconstruct the ground at their own expense but unfortunately till date department failed to reconstruct the ground which is under debris accumulated during the construction of road.
